本片通过退役拳击运动员大龙帮助少年壮壮，来实现重病父亲愿望的故事，体现了人间的温暖与真情。不务正业的大龙和孤单无助的壮壮“不打不相识”。大龙收了壮壮的钱，却不认真教壮壮拳击，壮壮便投诉了大龙。二人矛盾激化的时候，大龙得知了壮壮的遭遇——壮壮父亲重病在床，壮壮想参加拳击比赛拿到冠军，向父亲证明自己已经长大了。这让大龙想到了曾经的自己，类似情况下却意志消沉自我放纵，很是愧疚……大龙决定帮助壮壮。                                                                    　　在此过程中，大龙遭到了老板的嘲笑、同事的设计、对手的为难，但他始终没有放弃。大龙也由生活放纵变得自律自强，真正修补了父亲意外去世对自己心理的重大创伤，完成了自我救赎！

Dongnan, a 58-year-old long-time employee at a restaurant, is known for his "Chao Geng" (slacking off) tactics.
